From the moment an order is placed, our team of experts begins a meticulous process to ensure that every detail is perfect. We control every aspect of production in-house, from pre-press to final inspection, allowing us to maintain the highest standards at every stage.

Digital Printing
One of the newest and most innovative type of printing that we have is digital printing.
We are proud to be the only company in Egypt that provides digital printing on self-adhesive label rolls.
Digital printing is one of the newest technologies available in printing giving us an edge where we can better serve our customers.
Some of the advantages of digital printing include being able to produce shorter runs to make custom labels with variable data for our customers, making us more flexible to serve a larger sector of the market.
It also helps us to be more efficient while at the same time presenting crisper and clearer images to be used by our customers to stand out in the market.
Factory Capabilities
Pre-Press
The pre-press stage is where the foundation for high-quality printing is laid. At Fastick, we have invested in the latest pre-press technology, allowing us to produce precise films and plates for all printing techniques. Our in-house capabilities ensure that we maintain full control over the process, resulting in better quality and faster turnaround times.
Printing
Our printing capabilities are among the most advanced in the region. With 14 high-performance machines at our disposal, we can print up to 12 colors in a single run. We offer a range of printing techniques, including UV Flexo, UV Offset, UV Silk Screen, Hot Stamping, Cold Foil, and Digital. This versatility allows us to create labels that are not only visually striking but also highly functional.
